GAYLE WEIR

​Gayle Weir is employed as a registered educational psychologist, supporting students in schools across the Moonee Valley area with counselling support, psycho-educational assessments, parenting programs, professional development for staff, consultancy, transition support, funding applications and community referrals. Gayle works with a diverse population that make up our local area, providing opportunities for sharing of cultures and values along the way.
 
Prior to the role, Gayle was employed within the disability sector provide direct support, case management and coordination of disability services. With over 20 years experience working in the disability sector for not-for-profit organisations and a short stint in Moonee Valley local government - Gayle knows 'different' - experiencing the road blocks and learning to think outside of the box.
 
Gayle is a wife, parent of 4 amazingly exhausting children, domestic goddess and volunteers support within their schools and local football club (AFL Sports Trainer).
