Gayle Weir

Gayle Weir is a mother to four young people (teenagers and tweens), volunteer and educational psychologist, supporting students, parents and school staff in schools across Western Melbourne, with experience in counselling, assessment, applied behaviour analysis, professional development for school staff, parenting programs, community referrals and positive behaviour support. Gayle worked for over 20 years in the disability sector for not-for-profit organisations and had a short stint in Moonee Valley local government.
Gayle has a passion for social justice and the right of education for all. Recent experience has seen her working in an intensive behaviour project in schools where evidence-based behaviour support really pays off – with students attending school, engaging in curriculum and developing respectful relationships with others.
